Take advantage of this great opportunity! North Seattle College’s Parent Education program is very pleased to be offering a First Aid/CPR class this fall, FREE, to NSC instructors, children’s teachers, and members of North Seattle College’s Parent Cooperative Preschools. Priority will be given to instructors, teachers, and assistant teacher substitutes/Health & Safety officers.
Class will be held on Sunday, September 24, from 9:00am to 3:00pm with a half-hour break for lunch. Bring your own lunch as food services are not open. CPR will be taught in the morning and First Aid will be taught in the afternoon.
The class will be held on campus in Room 1415 of the Instruction Building, which is on the east side of the building. Parking is free on Sundays; you may park anywhere that is not marked reserved or handicapped.
The Registration Form for this First Aid/CPR class must be mailed or brought in to the Health & Human Services Division office of NSC no later than two weeks before class. Because there is limited room available in the class, registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. We encourage co-op teachers and parents who are teacher substitutes to respond immediately.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be notified only if there is not room for you in the class.
If you are unable to attend after mailing in your form, please notify the office at the number listed below, at the earliest possible time, so your space may be given to someone else. This class will fill to capacity quickly, and a person may get turned away if we don’t know about your cancellation. Also, the instructors are paid based on the number of participants registered. Turning in the form below is required to reserve your spot.
