This workshop explores the wisdom of the nervous system from both a neuroscience and social justice perspective, reflecting on wellbeing in an individual capacity, wellbeing as a collective necessity, and the connection between wellbeing and social justice.

She is a Positive Discipline Lead Trainer, with an MA in educational psychology, a license in K-12 counseling, and a 500-hour certificate as a Yoga and Mindfulness instructor.
