Cairo Archer, MS, RDN, CD is a Registered Dietitian who has experience providing nutrition care to individuals throughout the life course in acute, long-term, and community care settings. Cairo currently works for Public Health Seattle and King County, supporting families with children five and under through her work with the Family Ways Program, a pregnancy and parenting support program for African American, Native American/Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander families living in King County. Her passion is to provide culturally relevant, weight neutral nutrition care and education to help clients feel confident about navigating nutritional transitions as children grow, finding joy in feeding themselves and their families, and accessing food and nutrition resources in community.
